Continuing into the apartment, you will find a modern kitchen open to the living room, equipped with everything necessary for both short and long stays. The living room, with a window facing the central patio, has a table for four, a seating area with a 1.50 x 2m sofa bed, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV. Located in the old town of Cádiz, it is an ideal point to explore the city. Just steps from the Cádiz Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, the area offers a charming historical atmosphere, surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets and iconic monuments. Additionally, La Caleta beach is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses\*\*. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
