Las Vistas Yecla allows you to design your dream home from a blank canvas. In this unique, one-of-a-kind project, Las Vistas Yecla offers you the option to become the owner of a spacious villa in traditional Spanish Cortijo style. There is the possibility to build one cortijo between 350-600m2 or maximum 3 cortijos between 150-220m2. We have already created 3 basic designs for a villa of 300m2 (useful area). There is the possibility to build a bigger property if required. Other sizes and designs can be discussed, our in-house architect and flexible designs enable us to meet your specific wishes and requirements. There are different plots, up to 65,000m2 of land available (minimum plot size 20,000m2), with olive trees and mature grape vines, producing 10,000 KG of grapes per year and the possibility to have your own wine production.
