We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, is located next to the CEU Cardenal Herrera University, 1 minute walk from the metro station that connects you to the center of Valencia. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we grant a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: double bed, bed linen, towels, spacious closets for your belongings and study/work area. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the tenants, 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY). In our company, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer a fast and efficient service through our professional team.
