I bought a home from them and I am very happy because I really liked it and it had a good price and that is why I bought it.
But I can't say the same about the treatment received by two of their employees. From the first moment, I realized that they lied a lot. And that generated a lot of distrust in me.
First of all, we already caught contradictions regarding the price.
Afterwards, we had to sign the deposit contract several times, getting basic information wrong such as surnames.
Then, they tried to get me to sign that I had to pay all the notary fees for the sale in the contract and when I told them, they told me that they set it up and if I don't want to pay it, I say so and it can be negotiated. Amazing!!
The doubts I had at the time of signing, I wanted to ask them at the notary's office and they felt very bad. They wanted to solve it for me, but the fact is that they didn't seem competent enough to me.
My advice is that if you see the same property at the same price in another real estate agency, do not hesitate to go to the other one.
