I felt cheated with this real estate agency. I had seen through idealista, an advertisement for a development of chalets in Cubas de la Sagra that I liked. After contacting this company, through the Idealista page and contacting a person who identified herself as Judith and with whom I have all my conversations from now on, I made an appointment to see said promotion. They give me a date and until then everything is fine. I even receive the occasional email, where they ask me some questions about the subject of payments and financing. Well, two days before the appointment, Judith writes me a message, on the same page of the advertisement where I first contacted her, and tells me that they have canceled all scheduled visits, until they build a construction shed. Something that is already starting to piss me off, since the visit was scheduled at their office at Avenida de Francia, 110, Arroyomolinos, so it didn't matter if said booth was there or not. Well, time goes by and I still haven't received any news from them, so I write to them again and they tell me that the booth will surely be there in a week and that they will call again. I keep waiting and no one calls here and now after almost three Weeks, more or less, I try to enter the promotion announcement and to my surprise that the advertisement no longer appears and has been deleted from the Idealista page, although I don't know its own website. After several attempts to contact Optima Investments, they tell me that they have canceled the promotion... But weren't you building a booth to show the project to your clients? At least you could have warned me and not kept me waiting unnecessarily. On top of that, I rejected other offers that I couldn't get back because I was keeping an eye on them. Thank goodness I decided to look at the ad again and find out what was happening because if I don't I'm still waiting for them to call me.
I found the behavior of this company very unserious and very shady and although they offered me to see other promotions, I gave up and looked at other companies.
In short, few serious and informal.
I edit my review to respond to Judith and thank her for her apology, acknowledging the mistake they made. This says a lot in his favor. Unfortunately I can no longer attend to the invitation you make to me to see another promotion, since I have just committed to another construction company to which I have already given the signal.
