I recently collaborated with Guillermo from this agency to secure a rental, and I'd like to share my experience.
I initially reached out to view a specific apartment listed by OC Habitat on Idealista, and Guillermo promptly responded to me on WhatsApp, arranging a showing for that property. We communicated in English as my Spanish is not proficient yet. My request didn't require an in-depth discussion about my preferences since I just wanted to see the specific property, however the overall process was smooth, and the apartment was delightful. As a result, we decided to proceed, and today we signed the contract.
