Excellent! It is one of the few, very few sites that still cares and gives everything to do its job excellently, safeguarding the client's interests. Apart from their obligations, they have helped me until the end with all kinds of doubts, procedures and things that were not their obligation but they have worked like wild boars to defend my interests as a buyer, that everything will be very well explained and clarified and that it will not be no point left unclarified. Seriously, I am delighted with their treatment and work. I recommend it 100%.

Very dissatisfied with the vacation after renting an apartment managed by this agency. We have called them on several occasions and they do not answer the phone or return missed calls from their cell phone. The problems we have encountered have been:
- Broken air conditioning (they told us they would fix it 6 days before arriving and we left the apartment without it having been fixed)
-They told us that if they couldn't solve it they would give us a penguin, and they haven't brought anything
-A glass light fixture from the living room falls on top of us (and we have to dismantle the other one since it was about to fall too)
-The kitchen has 4 lights and only 1 works.
-In the main bathroom there is barely any water coming out of the sink faucet.
-mobile coverage is terrible.
-In the description of the apartment it does not say that access is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.
The only thing that was solved for us was the provision of a Microwave.
