It is a shame that they do not take responsibility or take any action about the problems they have with some tenants in the General Moragues street block. They do not know how to live together or respect in a community. Since they have arrived, they cannot sleep or rest and every now and then the city has to come to call their attention, giving the block a very bad image and creating a lot of tension, nervousness and tension. I hope and wish that Finques Vernet take action on the matter or at least talk to the owners so that they are aware of all these problems that have been generated since their tenants entered.

We have been with the new tenants that this agency has placed on the 1st floor for 6 weeks. You can't rest at night, you can't watch a movie during the day, read, I won't even tell you.
We tried to talk to them when we found them on the stairs because if you knock on the door they don't answer.
The answer has been “in my house I do whatever I want”, in your house you do what you want as long as you don't bother others.
I went to talk to the real estate agency because we don't know almost anything about the owner. Eva and the other woman failed to kick me out when I started to get nervous because they can't talk to the tenants or the owner because it's not their problem.
Be careful, the agency is in the same portal where I live and they don't care that we see each other every time I leave the apartment, zero empathy. They only look for their interest!!!

A shame, I rented an apartment with this real estate agency from an older woman who sold it to my tenant (Andreu), in a very old condition. When I rented it they told me I could get everything except a piece of living room furniture. And so the apartment gradually became a more dignified home until I had to leave it for a purchase. At the time of delivery, the conditions of the apartment were noticeably much better. But the owner, a person who suddenly became a despotic person and with bad intentions, made the decision not to return the deposit, even knowing that the apartment was better and the Real Estate Agent (Eva) told him that he had to return it. But since he didn't pay attention, I lost my money because here the laws are made so that people live by cheating and theft. I tried to file a complaint and I spent more than a month asking the real estate agency for a letter explaining the aforementioned and they were incapable because a delinquent client is better than having some morals and seriousness.
I do not recommend this real estate agency because they do not have the necessary seriousness to defend the tenant, only looking out for their interests.
And anyone who has already rented with them, please, when you leave, you have to stop paying and remove the services because they didn't even pay me the electricity bill that they charged while I left the apartment.
If I could give negative stars it would be they don't deserve even one star.
