In June we contacted them to buy an apartment, we decided on one and we gave a deposit of 3 thousand euros to the real estate agency as a deposit contract and which we set an end date of September. Well, since then we've been dragging our feet because in the simple note (which we had to get ourselves, since the real estate company wouldn't give it to us) there were quite a few charges. Well, they passed the ball between each other. First we started with Tania, then the other partner, then Óscar and finally Rafa. The contract date has passed, so they have to return the 3 thousand, plus another 3. We are still waiting for it, since the contracts are there to be fulfilled. If it had been the other way around...
We have the conversations and the papers. I hope they give me back what is mine. Luckily we already have an apartment, which they had in their real estate agency and we contacted the owners directly and we did it without this real estate agency.

I have never seen in my life a real estate salesman like this one, who went down the drain with all kinds of problems and without any basis to sell a good plot of land with a good house in the EL PINO Urbanization to whom he did nothing else to his potential clients. I had to object to them so that they wouldn't buy it... still (much to their regret) I HAVE SOLD IT!! 💪
