A shame because the person who helped me responded quickly and tried to be decisive, but the property we were in had many things that I wanted to point out in the review and not only are the good reviews published, the bad ones must also be published.

Be careful with this real estate agency. I had a very negative experience with a reservation sign for an apartment, I marked the property, I gave up the purchase of it, in less than 24 hours, with a bank certificate of NO approval of the mortgage loan and even so they did not refund me the entire amount. reserve, only half arguing that that was what they had signed. I actually signed that sign but in the contract they put PENITENTIAL ARRAY, when it is only an initial reserve, subject to the approval of the bank loan. Be careful what you sign because they sneak it in with the intentional mischief in the drafting of the contract. This real estate agency in Torrente and specifically the person in charge of it, who is the one who is normally there, is very bad. He shows little professionalism and no economic interests.
I do not recommend it to anyone based on my personal experience.
