Very good during the period that we were tenants, but how it always happens, when it comes to handing over the apartment, despite doing them the favor of showing the apartment to another client, despite paying each invoice and each monthly payment without a single day of delay in almost 2 years, we asked them if we could get a calculation of the electricity and water consumption to finalize it at the time of handing over the keys to close everything at that moment and avoid this type of things, they did not accept because according to them They need the invoices (in previous apartments that we have rented we have always settled it that way) but hey, we agree; The surprise is when 15 days later, they send me the water bill, and a bill from two months before for electricity, which we had already paid but according to them that bill was issued in two parts and they never notified us that there was another bill apart from which we had already paid, something that had never happened to me in my life (advice, do not agree to leave the services in the name of the owners as they usually do so that these things do not happen to them) we paid the bill every month at the time that we received them, but according to them, they had not received it, which is strange since the bill clearly states that it was issued more than a month ago, and the second surprise, they give us an approximate calculation of electricity for the last month, they refused when we asked them please, but now, however, this time they do a calculation for us and we do not even receive the original invoice. When asking for explanations about everything, about the calculation that this time they did, we don't know based on what, whether in the last month or my entire period in the apartment and they didn't even tell me anything directly, and about the invoice that I never received until today, neither Apologies, they passed them on as they arrived, which is false because it clearly states that it had been issued more than a month ago and their response was that they could not do anything. Summary, put the services in your names and when delivering the apartment, ask the companies for the consumption. And obviously as long as you can avoid real estate agencies the better. Good experience during, very bad if not terrible management when we finished.
