We had a great experience with Mercedes and Salvador, very nice, professional people, very different from my other experiences with real estate agents.
We're a Hungarian couple moving from Budapest to Barcelona. Looking for a flat is a nigthmare in Barcelona, especially if you're a foreigner. Mercedes showed us a flat, she was not pushy at all, honestly shared all the information with us. She even let us ee the flat for a 2nd time, understanding that choosing a new home is a big decision.
Once we reserved the flat, we went back to Hungary and with the involvement of Salvador, we managed to sign the contract and get everything in place remotely, against all odds. I'm very happy that we found them. If I decide to buy an apartment in the upcoming years, I'll surely contact them.
