I bought an apartment a few months ago with them. In general the process went well. Alba and Jaume were the people who assisted me and in general everything was super correct. Most of the attention was through WhatsApp and they responded quickly and offered me all the information and documentation that I requested. That cool part.
Yes, there were a couple of aspects in which there was some confusion in relation to the ITE and whether the building could have an elevator or not, but in general I rate the purchase process as positive and the assistance as quite good.
