Very happy with Sánchez farms. We sold my parents' apartment in a month and without any complications. They are transparent in their management and very agile throughout the process. The rental was easy, but three years later, when it came time to leave the house, they completely ignored the process.
I had no possibility of contacting the owner, so I went to them as intermediaries to resolve the pertinent procedures.
They were not decisive on the phone and neither were they in person.
I had to hire an external real estate agent on my own to draft the lease cessation document, etc.
Honestly, I don't understand where the €600 fee that I paid them when signing the apartment rental went, if they don't show availability or professionalism when it comes to needing their services.
I do not recommend it and, of course, I will not repeat with them.
