Once they collect the money, they disappear, they do not respond to any questions arising from the sale of the property. In the deed, a series of agreements are signed in which once you sell and have left everything free of charge, the new owners take charge (supposedly they were in charge of managing it). To this day we continue to receive invoices for the new expenses because THEY DECEIVED us by saying that they were providing low water service and they did so a month or so later.
They also do not take care of the capital gains documents despite selling you the smoke that they manage it
