Stephan was very easy to get along with and was always available to answer all of our questions.
He knew the local area like the back of his hand as he has lived there all of his life. He was professional at all times and wasn't "smarmy or slippery" like some of the other estate agents we met. We did not feel ANY pressure from him to buy. We will always be grateful to him for finding us exactly what we were looking for. Along side his Estate Agency, Stephan and his family run a very successful Construction Company, which has been in business for over 20 years in the Javea area. This was particularily valuable to us, as they were able to advise us on renovation costs for any repairs and building work we planned to do in the future. We found Stephan and his family to be 100% genuine and I can not recommend their services highly enough.
