It has been ten years since my husband bought his home and her treatment, work, and professionalism meant that since then she has become an advisor to me, with her I sold a garage space, bought an apartment and rented it with her.

My experience was regrettable, degrading, and with totally out of place comments. She is classist, she yelled at me on the phone telling me that she did not sell panties, that she sold apartments... I have been living on rent for years outside (Madrid, Guindalera, Salamanca neighborhood) and I had never had this treatment or any similar problem. I simply decided on it because it was very difficult to find a year-round rental where I was looking. And I hadn't been treated this badly before. I do not agree at all with the good reviews he has, because neither his education nor the manners nor the treatment was correct. I don't usually put reviews. And even less so if they are negative...but this time yes. I don't know what this person usually encounters in his business to treat people like this. But he was completely wrong. If you have money to spare and you are going to buy him an apartment, he will still treat you wonderfully, correctly and with the treatment that should be given to everyone in the same way. It was not my case. And if I put a star it's because otherwise it doesn't allow me to write a review.

Always VERY rude whoever faces the place.
He doesn't know how to serve customers.
With very little empathy.
Poor organization of your offers.
The store smells of mold!
Product information behind your workplace.
A disaster!
Thank goodness there is not only this real estate agency in town!
I hope that the reviews we make, whether positive or negative, are seen as a way to improve your quality of work and not as a confrontation!
