Fateful experience. We had to cancel the rental contract due to the owner's failure to meet the delivery date of the apartment. The delivery could have been postponed but they did not give us an exact date nor did they notify us of this inconvenience. They didn't give us any solution and left us on the street with our things. On the day of the refund of all the money paid, Mr. Rafael made us wait more than 1.30 hours from the agreed time. Real estate agency and the owner of the apartment wash their hands saying that they are not to blame. DISASTROUS. Lack of seriousness and empathy. They left us on the street without any solution or compensation.

I have just canceled a sales deal with this real estate agency since they promised things that they did not fulfill, omitted information as it suited them and transferred money without having any type of contract or signed sales authorization. If I had wanted, I would have kept a payment and deposit from a person who did not deserve it. I have not done it out of principle and in the end we have decided to sell with another real estate agency for these reasons. It seemed to us that there were signs of a scam. Great care!

This real estate agent is zero professional. Once you make all the payments, they don't want to know anything else and if you contact them to report any problem (such as the boiler losing water the first day) the only solution they give you is to BREAK THE CONTRACT. In my case, I had to make all the repairs that the apartment needed and after 10 days, they are still not resolved.

This agency is made up of two nice people (that's why two stars and not one) but their work is truly nonsense. They do not support the tenant at all or offer any type of mediation with the property. Furthermore (and this is illegal) they raise rental prices ignoring the new Law regulating rental prices, which prohibits raising the price of the property with respect to the previous contract. They call you 50 times to ask you things they already know and, in short, they do terrible management. I'm sorry for them but I don't recommend it at all.
