A family that was renting the flat I own has just left. It had been more than 10 years since I went in to see the flat, which is where I lived as a child, as it is the flat I inherited from my parents. Everything was immaculate, just like the day I rented it. Clean, painted and with the furniture taken care of. Not even a week has passed since the previous family left and a new one has already entered. I am very happy to trust Balsells.

I've been renting from this real estate agency since August, and I've had nothing but positive experiences so far. The viewing process was smooth and pleasant, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. The staff at the agency are incredibly nice and professional. Whenever we've had issues inside the apartment, they've been quick to respond and resolve them. Whether it's fixing the boiler, providing additional kitchenware, or getting an extra pair of keys, they've always been proactive in addressing our needs. Additionally, their responsiveness to our messages has been very good. Overall, I highly recommend this agency and hope to continue collaborating so well in the future!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude, unfriendly and with little interest to help you when you ask for questions. I recommend Balsells Zaragoza Gestió to work on, improve, on their customer service, at least with the lady answering the phone... is the first contact with their company.
