The management of a rental that we contracted through them in 2021-2022 was very poor. The worst thing is that when we left the apartment they did not want to settle the accounts to recover the deposit, it was simply impossible to contact the manager, Silvia: she did not answer the phone anymore, nor the emails, nor the landline, nothing. Don't be fooled, at first everything seems great, but later, they neither assume the mediation between the property and the tenant nor manage the incidents of the property. Unpresentable.

Given the response of the real estate agency: I reaffirm my poor assessment of the agency, which does not assume its mediation responsibilities and. management (although they do charge you for it). Not answering the phone is ignoring the customer. I once again advise not to contract anything with this agency.
Furthermore, the agency tells me to direct me to the owner, but in their "Temporary rental economic table" they required me to deposit the deposit in an account owned by the agency HOUSE SERVER BARCELONA, SL. And I do not have any proof that they deposited the deposit in Incasòl, as is mandatory...
And there are still more! Now they are chasing me from GESCOBRO, to collect the unpaid invoices from Endesa for the apartment in question that go until May 2023, when we handed over the keys on July 31, 2022. In other words, they did not change the ownership of the supply.
Don't hesitate, look for another professional.
