I have been a client for 3 years now and they never disappoint me, very grateful to Ignacio, he is the one who usually assists me either by phone or when I am there in the offices. The collection of keys is already explained on the website that goes for them, they do not deceive about that. The sheets are always left in a transparent bag so that the client knows that they are clean, if you spend many days you can change the sheets every week by asking in the offices, the towels indicate from the beginning that they are not part of the rental, they have the detail of leaving you toilet paper, clothespins, scouring pads, garbage bags and a very cool bag for shopping, 2 sets of keys, also the documents in a folder and the furniture and kitchenware very careful and complete, cleaning and attention to any request answered and always results. I go every summer and during Easter and the attention is great from the entire team, highlighting the attention of Ignacio.
Being a client of apartments 3000 for 8 years, I can say that there is no point of comparison with the attention and what Concha offers and that is why I decided to change to their real estate agency. Thanks to all the team.

We rented a luxury apartment that cost €2,600 a week and the service offered by the real estate agency is not up to par. I give the two stars because the apartment was great with an incredible terrace and good rooms, except for one, very dark and without views. Now, paying that price you find the following from the real estate agency:
-Very late check-in time, at 5:00 p.m. and very early check-out, at 10:00 a.m.
-On top of that you have to go pick up and leave the keys at the real estate agency itself. The minimum would be good attention and being given the keys at the door or being shown around the house.
- They don't leave you towels. They do business by “renting” towels to you.
- Beds unmade upon arrival. Sheets in a plastic.
-On two occasions we could not park in our space because the workers occupied it and we had to park outside, returning with all the shopping and the children.
-On top of that, when I sent a message to the real estate agency, they did not apologize, quite the opposite.
We will not repeat with this real estate agency.
