From the first day very little professionalism. They say they call you to clarify issues or solve them and they don't do it. They say they will contact you after speaking with the other party and days go by and they don't say anything. Half information. I would never recommend it to anyone. Luckily not everyone is equally unprofessional and in a very short time I resolved everything with other real estate agencies. I lost other houses I was interested in by waiting for their answers and trusting.
In relation to the answer that has been given to me, say that it is a lie. And if you want, I can post here the conversations held in which you can read the lack of professionalism, not answering, etc... If you have no problem, tell me and I will post them more than anything so that the truth cannot be missed. Instead of assuming that you have made a mistake and managed it poorly, you prefer to come to this.

One of the worst experiences I have had with real estate agencies. I had been setting a date for March with Maria José for a few weeks to go down to Santa Pola from Madrid and when I arrived "an unforeseen event" arose, of which she notified me 15 minutes beforehand. Terrible treatment of customers.

AVOID. These people are snakes and not to be trusted. I strongly advise you not to do business with Costa Sol Inmobilaria. They sold a property to me and knowingly allowed a person who was not the legal owner to sign the contract. I was left without a home as a result of the property sale being cancelled by the legal owner. I am going to make a legal case against them for fraud. They only care about making money from property transactions They do not have any care for the people whose lives are affected by their dishonesty.
NB: the majority of the positive reviews here about Costa Sol are fake, written by their staff and friends. After I shared my experience with this company, several 5* reviews appeared, suspiciously, immediately afterwards. It's clear that they are trying to drown the (real) negative reviews. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
