We rented a flat in Barcelona remotely from South Africa. The team was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The flat was clean when we arrived, and as soon as we raised an issue, they went above and beyond to solve it quickly.

Excellent service and very profesional.
I was in contact with Fran to visit a flat in Barcelona and coordinate the paperwork required. And then with Laura, with first a video call to discuss the details and coordinate a meeting on site to review and sign the contract.
I highly recommend the service, the communication was easy and convenient (WhatsApp, mail or video), and the coordination of each step without any issue.
