Even one star is too much for this company. Absolutely useless in every aspect. Contacted them via Idealista: no reply. Went to the office: the lady who is responsible for the rental properties wasn't there. Sent her a message on Whatsapp: No reply. Called her: call was declined. Sent more WhatsApp messages: no reply.
The owner of the property could have already had money in his account, but since nobody at this company wants to work the property is still empty and not rented out.
Don't give these people a penny and for the love of God don't give them your property to rent out or sell since they do absolutely nothing.
