Never rent a home here!
This home has NO maintenance. Elevators break down every month, but they are repaired after 2-3 weeks. The intercom here has never worked in the 3 years of my life here. It turns on for a couple of days and breaks down again. The air conditioning in the gym has not worked for over a year. If your refrigerator burns out, you will wait more than a month until they replace it. If you have some kind of breakdown, they will either not fix it for you, or they will do it in a few months. I've been waiting for over 4 months for my front door to be fixed because it doesn't close properly. Thank God that my rental contract is about to expire and I am moving out of here! Many have complained that the owners are not returning the deposit!

And I say it with my own name, the administration headed by MARA TILDÓ is in charge of taking your money and not fixing anything, not happy with that, they kidnap my dogs and tell me that I cannot access my room because the contract has ended on the 30th. September (when it ended on October 30), definitely a shame of a place, the city council should investigate what is happening with that place and with the people who work there.

Terrible administration. It took them 6 months to return my deposit, they did the math wrong, I had to file a complaint since I left the apartment.
Two days before the end of the contract, in the middle of the move they deactivated my card without letting me in, calling to activate it since I had the van waiting downstairs.
In the laundry the machines never had soap, very dirty too, not to mention the number of times they took my clothes out of the washer or dryer...
The refrigerator was broken for 7 months, no one repaired it, the vitro only had one burner working. They didn't take charge.

A disaster. 5 months for them to return my deposit, they did not comply with the contract we signed, I had to hire a lawyer.
He arrived at the apartment and there was no shower screen, for two months. The day we entered: clogged sink, shower and sink. The refrigerator didn't work. They didn't take care of anything, I solved everything on my own.
The attention was a disaster, the 5 months of ignoring me.

We fell into the worst place, they don't give us our deposit back, they don't respond to emails or phones, we no longer know what to do.
We had to beg to cancel the contract because we had a leak in the middle of the room and now we are begging for our deposit to be returned.
In addition, the place is a disaster, dirty, the elevators are broken, we have also had internet and water cuts on repeated occasions. On two occasions maintenance people entered without warning (they have a card to enter all floors). Avoid this place.
