I give it one star because you can't give it 0. Our experience with this "professional" as she calls herself is as follows, and let people judge if they want to waste their time and hopes with her:
Having seen a house that we really liked and with the permission of the property, we proceeded to make appointments to show it to our parents and in-laws. At all times the "professional" told us that it was not necessary to make a reservation, that we were the only ones interested in the house. On the third visit, we insisted on making the deposit contract, after which he stopped answering our phone and even responding to WhatsApps. He even told the property not to talk to us. After a week of silence it turns out that they had another buyer waiting, and they used us (we assume) to ask for more money? They didn't even give us the chance to start negotiations! All this after having contacted office directors "you trust" to start the mortgage procedures. In other words, this "professional" not only wasted our time but also his "contacts", not to mention our and our children's hopes.
A horrible experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.
