From the owner's point of view, although cordial, they leave something to be desired. I think that the agency should also empathize with the owner, who is the one who offers the product and literally opens his house to him. A friendly and empathetic service always denotes great professionalism. A simple thank you was enough, we didn't ask for anything more. Thank you.
