We bought an apartment between two buyers from outside Guipúzcoa and the attention was always fast, decisive, clear and punctual. Everything went very well and the advice for the processing was very good. Maite, very attentive and polite. All very well.

When renting the apartment, everything seemed perfect. When I left the apartment on the contrary, I did not feel protected at all despite the almost €2000 paid to the agency upon entering. Nor was there a correct discount that made sense with the owner who kept €550 of the deposit although there was never a common agreement (I received at least 5 discount versions from both sides without proof, with amounts that changed from week to week). There was even a problem with the transfer of supply contracts that was the agency's error, but they made me pay the fines received from a supplier with whom I never had a contract.
Very disappointed with the agency, in addition to the fact that the owner has taken the piss...
