Horrible service and moreover the DroneVal has stolen my friend’s drone!!!!!! On February 22, she bought a drone and on April 18, decided to give it to that shity company. 40 days passed, for 40 days we wrote to the company every 2-3 days to find out where my drone was and what was actually going on... They lost it and they ask for 200€ to give another one(ONE MORE TIME THEY LOST IT), and moreover they tell that they will not give my friends back all my things that she had with her drone (batteries, bag from DJI and remote control, etc. which cost around 400€) although they have it in their store
they showed us all
MY THINGS and told that only if we will pay 200€, they will give me it back :)
