Lack of seriousness, terrible professionals.
I am going on a Saturday to make a reservation, which is not made because of you, I am scheduled for Monday ("come whenever you want next week" they told me) with the promise that the apartment would be for me. Someone else booked it on Monday. I was not given options on Saturday, the person who assisted me did not look for a way to formalize the reservation at that time. The phone was not answered to address my complaints. "The manager will call you"... I'm still waiting.
