      • - Well, they will ignore this review directly, and will hide behind their positive reviews from the owners of the houses, but not from the tenants. Another real estate agency of the same suit as Renta Seguro. Almost 1000 euros in fees for a rental of 800 euros, (One says it lightly, but it is not 4 dollars) Total, 2550 euros simply to enter the house. My complaint is not about the deposit, but about the 950 euros that they charged me as a "signal" and fees to let me rent the apartment. Those 950 euros are illegal, and they trick you into selling you the apartment as a temporary rental, charging you those fees at the price they want, (I give the example that in another real estate agency in Zaragoza, they were going to charge me 250 euros for some fees, so on top of deceiving you, they are not cheap) those "fees" are paid by the owners of the houses who are the ones who request the services of the real estate agency, not the tenant. They take advantage of the need of people who go to work in the city and have to almost sell their entire salary to have a roof over their heads. Let's not talk about when they tricked me by telling me that I couldn't add another month to the contract because they had supposedly rented the apartment, and since they had to move the people who had rented the apartment, they were going to charge me another 350 euros for the inconvenience. Spoiler: a week before the supposed day on which they had already rented the apartment, there was a recent announcement that it was rented, so it was a lie. I don't know, I don't think this review is of much use, but I hope that another tenant reads it and knows that they are getting into another real estate agency that talks to you with people skills and good vibes, and in the end they are just deceiving you like most . I edit after the wonderful response that they have bothered to write to me. Since it is obvious that they have been bothered by a negative opinion. Apart from making the contract explicit with the dates on which I was there, which I'm not going to go into there, something I expected was that they would continue telling lies such as that the bedding was missing, and that the floor was dirty...two specks of Dust on the floor from opening the front door, strange to be honest. I did keep waiting those months since I came in to have the extractor that they had supposedly called to fix, and there it is still, broken. 785 euros in fees people, you already know, taking advantage of desperate people by charging that amount of money is ugly. And since there is a legal vacuum where there is no limit for these types of charges in this type of rentals, well...

      • - I called two weeks ago asking about an apartment, they told me that the issue was handled by Javier and that he was not available but that they would take my information and call me to see it, I never received a response. However, my partner sent an email through idealista a few days later when the offer came out on this app and received a response, setting up an appointment and time for the visit. When we arrived, they made us wait and did not deign to show us the apartment, making meaningless excuses. Lack of formality, commitment and trust. UNPROFESSIONAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.

      • - A real estate shame, we went to see a flat at a specific time and they left us half an hour waiting at the door, they let other people in 5 minutes before they reserved it. One of them was at the door and told us that we could still see it, when Javier, who was the one carrying everything, told us that we couldn't see it. Little formal.
