After contacting them on my own to buy a parking space, they told me that they would ask the owner for the keys so I could visit her. Since then, they have still not contacted me even though I have written to them several times and they have left me unseen on numerous occasions. I find it unfortunate that they have ignored me like this real estate agency has done.
My messages have always been correct and polite and in return I have only felt ignored.
