      • - They changed all the conditions of the contract on the day we were going to sign, I had reserved the apartment almost two months in advance giving a monthly payment, and at the time of signing they told me that the contract would be temporary and I had to pay the fees, contrary to what we had already agreed upon. With all the moving ready and about to hand over the apartment where I lived, they did not have the decency to inform me even a day before. It is a total lack of respect, this place is a joke and one in very bad taste.

This real estate agency does not solve ANYTHING for you, your payments are up to date and they do not have decent treatment with the tenants, the electrical installation of the apartment was damaged and it was not possible to have electricity, I attach a photo of how it is today with the cables outside where it started smoke comes out, we have been waiting and dragging on for 3 days. To make matters worse, if the apartment is furnished and you want to buy your own furniture and you let them know so that they can contact the owner to see if they want to take the owners' furniture, we have been waiting for them to tell us something for 3 weeks and adding up, it is a shame. that has to be behind the people who work here. Maybe things will be resolved instantly for those who don't pay, because the only thing they communicate for is to get you to pay. A SHAME! If the real estate agent is going to respond to this comment with "sorry for the inconvenience or I'm sorry" it's of no use to me, I want facts not words that are worthless.

      • - There was a flood in my apartment because of the property, one Friday night, my entire apartment flooded (bed, sofa, kitchen, closets... everything). Until 3 days later it was impossible to contact either the real estate agency or the owner because they do not allow you to have their number. When Monday finally arrived and I was able to go in person to tell them what had happened and that I had been homeless for 3 days and without being able to receive help from them, the treatment was disastrous!! They didn't even deign to give me compensation, or to offer me another place to live while the apartment is being fixed, come on, not even a pardon!! To make it even more irresponsible, I had to beg that they at least change my mattress that same day so I could sleep on something because they intended to change it days later. In addition, I had to lose many days of work to solve the entire renovation of the house for them! The expert's visit, the change of the mattress, the sofa, painting the entire house, and changing the entire floor! When he should have taken care of them! What's more, they chose the appointments without deigning to ask me first how it was going... In short, many things that I have had to eat from them unfairly and that everything has been a great ordeal and tears. They are not scammers because they have correctly returned my deposit, but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF I CAN SAY THAT. I share my experience in case it helps someone THANK YOU
