Each has a work area (desk and chair), as well as wardrobes of different sizes. All rooms have a 32" SMART TV. They have 1Gb fibre WIFI shared throughout the flat. The rooms are equipped with bed linen and a set of towels. The building has an elevator. It is a third floor. It has natural gas heating in all rooms. A temporary rental contract is made, in this case, if the people who want to live together, want to rent it directly, in the name of all the people who live together.
