This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped with wardrobes and completely separate for more privacy, this apartment has a nice common area with a beautiful kitchen and living room, two fully equipped bathrooms, located at the end of the House, and a nice and cozy balcony overlooking the street. There are central air conditioning and heating in the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lot of natural light. The apartment is located right in front of the underground stop of El Clot, which connects with the metro L1 and L2 line. Few steps you can find the famous Los Encantes market and just a few minutes on foot to the Sagrada Familia. There are many pleasant restaurants in the surroundings and many bars and shops. It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and make the most of this traditional Catalan spot. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month's rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 103 euro VAT included for the service.
