It is located in a very quiet area next to a lovely square you will find all the amenities: hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc. \*We take care of you during your stay thanks to our cleaning service. 📑 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request): - Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID. - Only for employees: Copy of your contract and copy of the last three payrolls. - Only for self employed: Last income tax return. - Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment and last three payrolls from guarantor or sponsor. ✨ IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Expenses of utilities will be charged apart: 100€/month. - If the consumption is excessive will be an extra cost. - Weekly cleaning service. - Weekly change of bed sheets and towels. - Double glazed windows. ----- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
