Nice and cozy apartment in a very central location. Temporary rental contract (2-11 months) Nice and bright apartment of 50m2, perfect to share between 2 - 3 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one single with a single bed and the other with two single beds separated from the living room with curtains. It has 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and has beautiful views of the park and the mountains and lots of natural light. The apartment is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to the metro station paral-lel, this allows easy access to different parts of the city and public transport, restaurants and stores. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service.
