And they are the only real estate agency that tries to set this trap, all the others have already adapted to the law I repeat, the employees do their job excellently and I understand that they cannot do anything with it, the company is very cheating. Before the change in the law, I saw a flat with your company and they were already asking for 250 euros of fees. Now that it has changed, they camouflage it with this insurance thing and I don't know what else. In the end, it is still mandatory to pay more things if you rent with AFIN Inmobiliaria. That said, I repeat that the company is very deceitful, because it is the only real estate agency that, by law, wants to continue taking money from the tenant (what a coincidence that it changes its name, it is no longer fees but insurance of something or I don't know what, but it is still 250 euros the extra cost). I just rented with another real estate agency and everything was excellent, no IBi charges, no garbage, no legal assistance (this is even funny that they mention it). So please, don't lie, the more sincere you are, the better it will be for you. Furthermore, they didn't want to tell me what the entry conditions were over the phone, I had to insist that they do it (there's a reason they wanted to wait until I saw the apartment to tell me, right?). I have no problem, fortunately, in terms of paying the rent or paying what corresponds. What I don't like are those cheat games that companies like yours make. Anyway, I repeat, the employees were very friendly and willing, logically they adhere to what the real estate agency dictates to them. So that's what I mean, he separated company guidelines from the worth and good work of the employees. I hope you can correctly interpret what I tell you.       • + Highly recommended, they care about the client, they take care of you and they solve the problem when it seems to be. Out of 10. I had problems with a tenant, and they solved it in a very professional way.
