Accommodation only for students between 20 and 35 years old. Valid periods of stay (full months): - First semester (until February) - Second semester (until July) - Full school year (September to July) - Summer (July and/or August) Utilities (60 €/month) and weekly cleaning (obligatory) of private and common areas (70 €/month) not included in the price. Private room with single bed (90 cm wide). Fully furnished, it offers central heating and electric fans, ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.
