Very bright, stylishly flat where much emphasis has been placed on the interplay of old and new. The old mosaic floors and wooden beamed ceilings have been preserved, but new wooden windows with double glazing, a modern bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room have been installed. The flat is located just behind the Plaza St. Jaume in a charming little square, which offers you a wonderful view of the alleys of the old town from the two small balconies. Within walking distance (Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Ramblas, Boqueria Market, Ciutadella Park). Even the beach can be reached in 10 minutes. In the evening the immediate surroundings offer a multitude of good restaurants in all price ranges, as well as a lot of bars where you can end the day. The equipment of the flat offers you everything you need for stay. It is situated on the 3rd floor without a lift! The washing machine, dryer and entrance area are shared with the apartment next door, but without disturbing each other's privacy. At the moment 1 of the dormitories has a double bed (160x200), and the second one is a studio so has no bed, so ideally for a couple working from home for example.
