The day area consists of a comfortable sofa bed with access to a balcony with a clear view of Montjuic Mountain and a dining room. The whole apartment has been decorated with great care so that you can enjoy all the details. The kitchen is fully equipped such as stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc... The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, closet, and access to the same balcony as the living room. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and high-speed wifi. 🕗 Check-in times: Weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm 💰Late Check-in fee: If check-in is out of this schedule €80 extra will be charged. 💰Late Move-in fee: €80 extra will be charged if the move-in takes place on a date different from the one originally requested by the tenant Please note: - In case of excessive mess/dirt at the time of the move-out, a fee of 150 EUR may be charged. - Cleaning fee may vary depending on the apartment size.
