STUDIO IN CO-LIVING SPACE --NO COUPLES ALLOWED Cozy residential complex formed by studios - rooms in fully equipped suites that consist of the following characteristics: - Double bed - Complete bathroom en suite - Desk area - Plasma TV - Small private fridge - Small balcony - High speed internet - Air conditioning - Video surveillance 24h - Community terrace + Laundry area - Fully equipped kitchen SHARED with the studio on the same floor The building has a total of 8 studios, 2 per floor - several transport connections, restaurants, cafes, historical points and bars. -Excellent location -Terrace to share RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one month + VAT 4 - Deposit: 1.5 monthly rent 5- Utilities: A fixed fee of 95€ per month 6 - Fees: Cleaning fee ( IVA included): 80€ 7- Internet fee: Included After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes. You will have 7 days to make the payments for the quotes. In case your arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately
