Ideal for couples or a single person, the studio is fully equipped and ready to move in. It is located on the first floor. The property is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very centric, next to a parallel metro station, this allows easy access to the different points of the city and the public transport, restaurants, and shops. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half a month's rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday.
