Butane gas cylinder for the kitchen. Contract conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be paid by the tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
