Oriented to the south, it has sun all day. Everything is external. And being in the Collserola park, the biggest noise is the singing of the birds. It is very quiet and uncontaminated (it is 500 m from sea level). On the ground floor is the kitchen-dining room, the living room (with the grand piano) and the laundry room. On the 1st floor are the bedrooms, 2 toilets and the piano room. The upper floor is a 90 m2 terrace-solarium.
