Wonderful apartment in an exclusive area of Cordoba, just 5 minutes from downtown. It is located in a beautiful and new building with 8 luxurious quality apartments and an exceptional community pool open from April 1 to November 1 , as well as a private garage in the building. Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious living-dining room just in front of the entrance. It is a very bright room as it has direct access to a large L-shaped private terrace that surrounds the apartment and has outdoor furniture, as well as views of the beautiful common areas of the building. The living room has a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, side table, Smart TV and an extendable dining table with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils. Returning to the apartment entrance, we find the bedroom on the left, with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe. From the bedroom we can also go out to the terrace. The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower. The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment. The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses\*\*. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
