\*\* This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. \*\* The elevator of the building reaches the same floor this property is located, so there is no need of taking stairs to access it. The access to the apartment is directly through a very spacious living-dining room (more than 50 m2) with a built-in kitchen. In addition, the living room has access to a beautiful furnished private terrace. After crossing the living room the bedroom area can be accessed. Two of the bedrooms have two individual beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and the other one has a double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m). In addition, the apartment offers two bathrooms, one of them is an en suite bathroom, and other an adjoining bathroom. One of the bedrooms has also access to a second private terrace, which is furnished with two sun loungers to enjoy the nice weather that Madrid usually offers. The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment. The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses\*\*. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
