All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, and the building includes two covered parking spaces (€50 each). To join our welcoming community, we require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, and payment of the first month (or proportional) upon entry. You’ll share the apartment with friendly, fun, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals, perfect for making connections, enjoying drinks, or watching a football match together. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
