This charming duplex apartment is located on the famous street Francos, in the old part of the city, an unbeatable location to enjoy Seville to the fullest. It’s completely renovated, and has top quality furniture and functional and modern design. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious and bright living room, with dining area and living room with sofa bed, which is very quiet and cozy. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything that our guests may need for a comfortable stay. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two twin beds of 90 \* 190 cm each, and a bathroom with a shower; the second one is on the top floor, and has a double bed of 150 \* 190 cm, and a bathroom with shower, and from this bedroom there is access to the magnificent terrace, fully furnished with a table to enjoy alfresco dining, sun loungers, and comfortable sofas. The surroundings of the apartment are wonderful to enjoy the city and its charms, both by the proximity to the main monuments, such as the Cathedral or the Royal Alcazar, as well for the great variety of restaurants and tapas bars that are nearby where it’s possible to enjoy the amazing Sevillian gastronomy. In addition, there are small handicraft shops and supermarkets nearby. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
