This is south facing and will allow you views of the mountain and you can even see the profile of the famous W Hotel at the edge of the sea. The kitchen is independent, very modern and has all the appliances and utensils you need for day to day, such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.. The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms, 1 of them en suite. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating radiators and wifi. \*The neighborhood:\* The apartment is located in Carrer de Vila i Vila, 3 minutes from the "Paralel" station (L3). The area is very quiet, with plenty of green spaces, as it is located in the foothills of Montjuic mountain. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities; it is also very well supplied with all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. At 8 minutes walking distance we find Drassanes Square where the Maritime Museum of Barcelona is located, and Paseo Colon Avenue that runs parallel to the sea and ends at the Museum of History of Catalonia passing by the Maremagnum shopping center, the Aquarium of Barcelonan, the Port Vell, among others.
